The worst experience ever !
Horrible ! Last month came here for MRI and waited over 2 hours after I arrived early for registration. Front desk girls rude and not helpful. Today I can for my knee MRI and arrived early but again waited over 2 hours. Arrived and lobby was empty . I asked will I be able to seen early. I was told I should be but yet again long wait. Arrived 12:30 , appointment 1:30 and left office 2:30 . They first told us will be couple minutes, then 10 minutes, then let me check, then the your next , and we left . Everyone here was very friendly and they got me in same day.
Friendly staff and efficient at what they do. NSI. are my go-to for my scans.
I will never get another MRI here. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, but the day before, they called to say I needed to reschedule because the machine was already booked for my time. I also asked for the images to be sent directly to my doctor, but was told they don’t do that and I was supposed to receive a CD of my images during my visit. However, no one gave me anything while I was there.
