To start, I had this truck worked on by them and they replaced a motor mount and cold air intake. They missed the y bridge sticking out loosing boost so I should have went with a different shop from there. They have had my truck since March so 6 months for a simple job of uppipes and down pipes and fixing the y bridge that they initially missed. The guys at NSD (Jan & Davis) are stand up guys. They are quick, professional and best of all trustworthy. I had an issue in October of last year with the famous Ram ABS module and they got me squared away, a few months later the issue resurfaced through no fault of their own. They were apologetic, made the right phone calls and got me taken care of without any headaches. They treated me like they had known me forever and I wasn't just a customer I was a friend. Deal with confidence, trustworthy and fair priced.
REALLY happy with the work! Jan (owner, I think) is very thorough and takes time to explain what was done and why/how. Cost is what you should expect for the work. Definitely check them out! (Not just diesel either)
Friendly service and very knowledgeable about diagnostics and repairs. I appreciate the time taken to explain any found issues and plans to correct them.
