Aftr 25yrs, if being with him, it devastated me that basically I was thrown out over $50, for a NO SHOW, not to mention out of 25 yrs I never not showed for my appt. In a nutshell, he should have stayed with the group bcuz the staff he has now is very immature, uncaring, disrespectful, just everything and he has a young staff with obviously no sympathy. Greedy practice.
Extremely frustrating experience. I came in because I’ve been having unknown problems. When I first went in I asked for an echo, and they scheduled me for the wrong test first when I specifically asked for an echo. I live far away from the office and have communicated with them that I prefer morning appointments but they kept manipulating me and my condition into agreeing to 3:45. The attendant at the front was extremely rude on the day of my stress test. The office closes at 5:00 and they have a 15 minute grace period, I go... read more
