Lots of surprise charges and lack of information about what you may pay for a service. I wore a heart monitor for a week and have NEVER had to pay much for it with insurance, and my current insurance is fantastic, and I received a bill for $600. I wanted to share my experiences at Dr Singh’s office. I’ve had a calcium score for about 6 years or so. Generally fit and healthy though under the regular care of my primary physician, was not as regular with Dr Singh as prescribed. Returned to his office with my LDL requiring better control. My mom keeps getting bills for her March 5 visit, even though her insurance has already paid the amount they’re asking for. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but no one answers, and the voicemail I left hasn’t been returned. The whole experience of taking her to this practice was frustrating, and these billing issues just make it worse. I’ve since taken her to Northside Cardiology, and it’s been a much better experience. I’d recommend going there instead.

No one answers the phone or is in the office to greet you or help with new patient forms to get you checked in. I had an appointment and left due to lack of customer service and acknowledgement. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Go somewhere else. I’ve literally been waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes and no one has come to the front desk.
