If only I read the reviews before going in My car was having an issue with using a lot of water/coolant, so I came to these guys. They quoted a new radiator, plus hoses, plus a new thermostat. $1000. I assumed this was a reasonable price. I asked them to keep the old parts to show me where the problem was to ensure I wasn’t getting ripped. Amazing experience. Last mechanic stuffed me up bad, and the team here took care of me. Came in for a translission flush, an oil leak diagnosic and 5 engine mount installs. I recieved fair prices for the work done, which I would say are competetive. Not only are they efficient and skilled, they are most importantly up-front and honest. I regret to report a disappointing experience with the customer service and mechanical expertise provided. The mechanic displayed a lack of professionalism and failed to address the issues with my daughter's vehicle adequately. After the car broke down, his recommendation was to install a part to restore functionality. Unfortunately, after charging $1,000, the car continued to perform poorly, and he was unwilling to acknowledge any mistakes or offer a refund.
