NSAudiology have been looking after my mum's hearing needs for many years as she has hearing loss and tinnitus. Stefania, John, Nynke, Rehannah and everyone else at NSAudiology are very patient, helpful, friendly and courteous and their premises are always very clean. I recommend NSAudiology for your hearing needs.
NSAudiology has been absolutely wonderful in helping my father with his hearing aids. The team is incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure he was comfortable throughout the entire process. Their service is top-notch. I recently had an appointment with NSAudiology, and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Stefania was kind over the phone and in-person, and accommodating with helping me plan my visit as I use a scooter and needed to plan for the small step. The actual appointment with John was pleasant and all went smoothly and my results came through very quickly to myself and my GP. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for Audiology services.
