NSAudiology has been absolutely wonderful in helping my father with his hearing aids. The team is incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure he was comfortable throughout the entire process. Their service is top-notch. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring staff. We're very grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing care!
I recently had an appointment with NSAudiology, and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Stefania was kind over the phone and in-person, and accommodating with helping me plan my visit as I use a scooter and needed to plan for the small step. The actual appointment with John was pleasant and all went smoothly and my results came through very quickly to myself and my GP. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for Audiology services.
