I recently had an appointment with NSAudiology, and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Stefania was kind over the phone and in-person, and accommodating with helping me plan my visit as I use a scooter and needed to plan for the small step. The actual appointment with John was pleasant and all went smoothly and my results came through very quickly to myself and my GP. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for Audiology services.
My 91 year old father can't talk highly enough about NS Audiology. They went into to so much effort to set up Dad's hearing aids which the original supplier (who also sells spectacles) had just set up using average settings. So my advice is: if you want expert advice on hearing aids go to NS Audiology. Don't expect to buy any spectacles there though!
