Ear cleaning can feel invasive and unnatural but the calm affirmation and professional presence of the staff here made it akin to a Balinese Day Spa
Friendly and very professional reception staff. The Audiologist (Carol) was very attentive and clear in her instructions for the Positional Testing, Hearing Tests, Oculomotor Testing, Calorics and Video Nystagmography Testing. Carol also showed care and concern throughout all the testing. The results of all the testing were thorough and delivered via email on the same day. I would highly recommend NS Audiology to family and friends and will use their services again.
