Customer service after a $2100 purchase is pretty weak. Does not seem to stand behind their products at all.

The ease of ordering my complete tow bar setup was fantastic. The product is very reasonably priced and works very well, easy to set up and remove when done. It was installed by their dealer in Tucson AZ, Rick's RV Service, who did a great job. I saved $2000 over a Blue Ox set up and couldn't be happier.

This company stands behind their product: I bought the ReadyBrake tow bar about 12 years ago. I have more than 200,000 towed miles on that bar, it has lasted through 3 RVs and five for six towed vehicles. It continues to work flawlessly. I have sent it back TWICE for a full refurbishment. Completely free, including return shipping. The latest invoice showed $747 in repairs and I am getting back what is essentially a new tow bar. I don’t know any company that does that.

After about a year and a half using my ready brute 2 tow bar that I thought was a very good deal when I purchased it had some issues, I sent it to them in 3 days later I got a brand new one back these people are amazing this is the way things should go ,thank you NSA products.

I have a Ready Brake towbar that is 10 years old and been towed 50,000 miles (we live fulltime). It was getting a little loose so I called the factory, spoke to a wonderful woman who said to ship it and they will go over it. As we fulltime we are not in one place long enough to do this. Since we were heading west for the spring and summer I asked if we came to Iola would they be able to service in one day. She said of course. I planned 2 nites in Iola and brought the towbar in.
