Initially an outstanding experience- however after installing the base plate we discovered the wiring portion of the install was not going to be something we could handle even though we ARE mechanically inclined. So we paid to have that portion completed. The staff at NSA RV Products were helpful to my install company as they did have questions. Damaged my NSA tow bar while on vacation in New Mexico. Contacted NSA to find out what to do, and I was advised to ship the damaged parts back for repair. I received the repaired parts in less than 2 weeks and was not charged for the repairs. Great customer service!
Fantastic to deal with, I bought a tow bar kit. Everything I needed came as a package for self install. Just went on my first ever trip towing a vehicle behind our motorhome and it went flawlessly.
