先不说技术，服务态度太差了，不要去，因为不允许客人有一点意见的，本来预约好了去，结果烫发中途客人有一点意见根本不愿意沟通交流，直接不给我烫了，让我洗头走人，

Racist worker only likes chinese clients . I went there to get a hair cut and this was mri my first time. But this time there was a guy who recently came from china and was behaving disgustingly with me because i had long hair. Absolutely the best salon experience I’ve had in the NYC area! I booked an appointment with Adam, who took the time to carefully assess my hair texture and head shape before offering honest, thoughtful feedback on the style I wanted. As someone with coarse, straight Asian hair, I’ve often struggled to find stylists who understand how to work with it but Adam executed the layers perfectly with precision and care. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, even if you don’t speak Chinese. Highly recommend!
