Had a great time in between flights getting facials with my bestie
Always clean. Polite staff. Great place to relax. I try to arrive early for my flights so I can swing through and select a service.
Had time to kill in between flights and decided to get a massage and eyebrow shaping. They took excellent care of me, and if I come back to Nashville with a long enough layover I’ll definitely be coming back.
Reserved 2 sessions and was told they don’t give estimated times for waits. They’d call when our session time was ready. We were told we had time to go and get something to eat. At an airport with multiple types of food and wait times, that’s not helpful. We then received a call and voicemail giving us 5 minutes to get back. When arriving back we were told we could be put back on the wait list. The five minutes was only communicated via voicemail and not prior to booking. There are other massage chairs in the airport.
