Extremely rude staff doesn’t know how to communicate and doesn’t keep appointments. Wasted my time and gas and spoke very rudely, don’t waste your time with these people.

Where do I even begin? We just left a few minutes ago and I’m over the moon! Linda is heaven sent! We’ve been paying for 15 years. Tried diff tax specialists and none of them gave us any input on how to get it better for next tax season. Linda is genuinely willing to help her clients and she really cares. Very knowledgeable with personal and business taxes. I’ve already referred her to my family and will definitely be a lifetime client! Won’t go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The entire staff at NSA Tax & Business Services is phenomenal, (especially Linda for her exceptional service). Having someone care so much—as if I were their only client—is a rarity these days. We have been coming to NSA (Linda) for several years now! She is great, knowledgeable and quick! We have our appointment and usually leave within 20-30 mins! We have littles and they are always welcoming and have lots of toys, balloons and coloring activities to keep them busy. Prices are very reasonable and probably less than what you would pay HR Block, Liberty or Turbo tax. She also will run all the possible scenarios to ensure you get back the best return.
