I have a Ready Brake towbar that is 10 years old and been towed 50,000 miles (we live fulltime). It was getting a little loose so I called the factory, spoke to a wonderful woman who said to ship it and they will go over it. As we fulltime we are not in one place long enough to do this. Initially an outstanding experience- however after installing the base plate we discovered the wiring portion of the install was not going to be something we could handle even though we ARE mechanically inclined. So we paid to have that portion completed. The staff at NSA RV Products were helpful to my install company as they did have questions. However as I asked NSA RV Products if I could return the unused products for a partial refund - I was advised (through an email) of the 30 day return policy. So not only could I not ... read more

Damaged my NSA tow bar while on vacation in New Mexico. Contacted NSA to find out what to do, and I was advised to ship the damaged parts back for repair. I received the repaired parts in less than 2 weeks and was not charged for the repairs. Great customer service!

My personal experience so far has been outstanding. The "Ready Brute Elite II" itself has proven to be simple to use. I have no experience with any other setups, so I can't wax on about what's better or worse in comparison. However, I did have a parts issue after a handful of trips that made hooking up much more complicated. I contacted NSA service folks via email and included pictures and detailed explanations of what was happening. Beware, a simple complaint becomes an endless exchange of emails. The warranty service obviously has an approach that borders on bad faith.
