I went in for a routine safety inspection and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The man assisting me was rude from the start, questioning why I didn’t need an emissions test. When I explained that I live in Franklin County, he responded by saying he doesn’t “like”doing inspections for other counties, which was unnecessary and unprofessional.
