I had a terrible experience with this gym company. I attended in 2023, the program was fine at first but even with accommodation it caused increased pain. So I personally had a conversation with the owner to say why I can’t continue the program. So I thought telling the owner/ trainer would be the end of it because they know how to cancel membership’s.
