I've worked with N&S for the past couple years and I'm always impressed at the staff and the quality service, especially Jaime! Everyone is super helpful and always greets me with a smile. They carry great brands, including more obscure ones, like House of Rohl and Newport Brass.
Would rate zero if I could. Went in to purchase several Kohler toilets and faucet fixtures. I prefer to support local businesses whenever I can. The woman who seemed to be the director for purchases ignored me. When I asked if she was the person who could assist me she told me she could but also had several others she was serving (no one else was there). She acted like she could care less, told me I had to come back with a certain measurement and made some nasty mumbled comment when I said I’d return with the specs. On my wa... read more
