Would rate zero if I could. Went in to purchase several Kohler toilets and faucet fixtures. I prefer to support local businesses whenever I can. The woman who seemed to be the director for purchases ignored me. When I asked if she was the person who could assist me she told me she could but also had several others she was serving (no one else was there).
