I had a great experience at NS Motor diagnostic with Nigel. He was incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to check everything I asked about without any hesitation. Not only that, but he also explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from a lovely guy. I thought I required a transmission fluid change but Nigel isolated the real fault and explained what was required to resolve my issue. I highly recommend him especially as, having an automatic, I have had difficulties in finding a local mechanic for help. Will definitely return 👍🙏
I went to NS Motor Diagnostics late last night and the owner (Nigel) and his colleague still stopped and helped me. They found a possible cause for my engine failing. This morning a part arrived and I went there and they took time to explain everything and show me the problem. The car was soon put back together, I took it out for a test drive and no more engine faulty lights. They fixed it where another garage had simply failed several times over the last few weeks.
