Big thank you to Lachlan and the team at Solarhart Tamworth. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience from the communication from Chloe in the office to the guys doing the installation. I strongly recommend Solarhart and I would be happy to deal with them in the fututre.
Had a 24kw Sigenergy battery system installed by NS Energy. The team showed up on time, did a fantastic job and left the site clean and tidy. The guys went above and beyond to answer any questions and resolved a few teething problems with my existing system. I had an issue with the monitoring software and it was resolved in a 2 minute phone call. 100% recommend NSenergy for anyone wanting to get a battery or solar installed!
If I wrote this review Monday it would be NO stars and a very different tone. But I'm writing it today after August from Solar hart Coffs Harbour attended my property and fixed my solar inverter/battery issue that Tamworth office kept putting off. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge of the systems he installs. Tamworth could learn a bit from him. Thanks August, stay double threat. Very disappointed with SolarEdge and NSE Energy Tamworth. After a smooth SolarEdge solar panel install, everything went downhill after the SolarEdge battery install. There’s no proper customer support service at SolarEdge—no call centre, no email contact, nothing. After our battery install SolarEdge has pushed out updates for our inverter as well as the battery. We get no notifications and/or warnings of potential disruptions, which left us without solar power for a few days or a battery that won’t discharge at night. In all... read more
