Very disappointed with SolarEdge and NSE Energy Tamworth. After a smooth SolarEdge solar panel install, everything went downhill after the SolarEdge battery install. There’s no proper customer support service at SolarEdge—no call centre, no email contact, nothing. After our battery install SolarEdge has pushed out updates for our inverter as well as the battery.
