Had NS Energy install solar panels four years ago, just have had them upgrade with more panels, new inverter, and batteries. Very happy with service, responsiveness and peace of mind with a local and long term company in our region.Thanks James, Simon, Eli, Gee, Chloe and team. Great service.
If you get a battery, either get everything hooked up through their HEMS or don't get it at all. There is almost no interaction with the HEMS system and it just monitors and makes decisions with no input from you. Having said that, the NSE group are lovely. James ran up a quote for me and didn't put the screws on me to sign and the boys came and did the install a month later. They did a pretty job and a solid build. I have used Peter Moody to supply and install previous SolarHart electrical equipment on my farm. Peter now is contracting to NS Energy Group for their installations. To me this is a very good combing of two very good business. Both go into a lot of detail and Peter is one of the neatest and best electrical trades people to have undertake work for me.
Big thank you to Lachlan and the team at Solarhart Tamworth. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience from the communication from Chloe in the office to the guys doing the installation. I strongly recommend Solarhart and I would be happy to deal with them in the fututre.
Had a 24kw Sigenergy battery system installed by NS Energy. The team showed up on time, did a fantastic job and left the site clean and tidy. The guys went above and beyond to answer any questions and resolved a few teething problems with my existing system. I had an issue with the monitoring software and it was resolved in a 2 minute phone call. 100% recommend NSenergy for anyone wanting to get a battery or solar installed!
