OK, I’ll be honest. It isn’t the prettiest picture You may see as far as rental units but it was clean inside, and it locked. Well I was gone for a few weeks. Everything was absolutely fine when I came back and that’s what you’re looking for. Communication was good and consistent.
Great Company - we rented a storage shed not for my daughter as she was moving out of Radford. Location was easily accessible and units were very clean and easy to drive up to. Very secure location and an easy to use website to rent the unit. Very friendly staff as well and very fair pricing. Highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Andrew was very easy to work with and did everything he could to accommodate our needs. He was very responsive to the web inquiry and provided as much detail as possible as to what he had available. If you are looking for a storage facility, this is it!

First time using them, staff was extremely helpful letting me know their available options. Went above and beyond to make sure I could take advantage of one of their current promotions even though I contacted them shortly before it ended. Facilities are well kept and secure. Between the facilities and staff, definitely deserving of 5 stars!
