We recently rented a nice 'hidden gem' of an apartment in Blackburg. Chris Farmer at NRV and his crew did an awesome job of cleaning up the apt during our move in. I found Chris / m/s NRV to be very responsive and attentive to our maintenance requests with open lines of communication, prompt responses and follow-up checks.
