Update: This doctor is alright, but the staff is absolutely terrible! When you're not there, and you try to contact them, they completely ignore you even though you've asked multiple times. The overall experience is fine until you need to return. They treat you nicely only when they want a good review, but once that's done, you're nobody to them. Especially that front desk lady, Simran. I am happy to share my exceptional experience with Dr. Shah and her fantastic team of assistants, Leslie and Maria. From the moment I stepped into their office, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Shah's attention to detail in diagnosing my ankle injury was truly impressive. Not only did she thoroughly explain the issue to me, but her team also went above and beyond to ensure that my insurance approval was promptly sorted out and that I received the necessary MRI help without any delays. Dr. Shah is attentive and caring. She always takes her time to make sure I'm good.
Absolutely lovely doctor is Nrupa Shah. She listens and give time to patients, doesn't feel like rushing out. I would 100% recommend Dr. Nrupa shah.
