We did not have a satisfactory experience. They did not initially diagnose the issue with our existing and recommended we install a new unit, telling us on the phone they would refund us for the previous failed attempts to fix it. This was reneged on, and we were only partially refunded. The newly installed unit was less powerful than the previous one - even though they were supposedly installing an equivalent system - and only worked for 5-10 minutes at a time before turning off. I used NRS twice for a fault on my Fujitsu air con. Both times they told me all the electrical boards needed to be replaced. I did it the first time, but the second time I called Fujitsu for another opinion. Fujitsu ended up replacing one part at a cost of $650 compared to the NRS quote of multiple parts for $4,700! I'll be using the manufacturer for repairs in the future.
Outstanding Service, very reasonable price. Honest, reliable company with excellent technicians & customer service. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I made a booking to get a wall unit cleaned and serviced. The technician and his apprentice were here for exactly 15 minutes and told me I would need to make another booking to get the work done. Apparently he didn’t have the right equipment with him for doing the job. REALLY? What tradesman goes out without his gear?
