I made a booking to get a wall unit cleaned and serviced. The technician and his apprentice were here for exactly 15 minutes and told me I would need to make another booking to get the work done. Apparently he didn’t have the right equipment with him for doing the job. REALLY? What tradesman goes out without his gear? He then charged me $252.95 which I understood to be the call out fee AND an hour of labour. I felt intimidated (am elderly and female)so reluctantly paid. I had a fault booked in and the attendance was prompt and on time. Technician was able to diagnose fault and carried out repairs quickly, very happy with service and price, Would recommend.
