I've been with NRN for 6-months now and I've got to say they're a great team that's doing everything they can to cut costs for Aussie homeowners. It wasn't perfect to begin with, but I knew they are a start up and expected some hiccups. The guys at NRN really helped me work with my local installer to get the system right. NRN was courteous, responsive, and generous. Couldn't ask for more!
I’ve been trying to get in contact with management regarding my solar and the lies they’ve told me. My bill has INCREASED since joining which is insane given what they sold me and the current cost of living. Would not recommend it’s a SCAM - no one wants to speak with me on the phone. I’ve been following up for weeks with no response. I will be contacting a news source to get this investigated - scamming hard working Australians/ families.

Good most of the times but has only 1 energy provider and the battery/solar system won't work in a blackout if you still have a full battery. Keep saying they are going to do this and that but still waiting for things to happen.
Biggest scamners. Will lie through their teeth about their service. They will advice you the solar energy is free during the day, it is not. They will then tell you you're on a flat rate no matter what time, that is also a lie. Stay away from these guys, their sales guys will sell you anything...
