Long car lines (2) drive thru lanes but they only help 1 customer at a time. I have been in line over 30 minutes many times
I’ve had good experiences at the NRMC Pharmacy, and I’ve been going there for several years. The staff is generally friendly and always helpful; they answer all of my questions and find out when they don’t know the answer. It’s true that the wait can be, at times, a bit long, but I’ve never had to wait longer than about 20 minutes (and that happened once). Having two drive-through lines helps get people through more quickly. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service.
Always efficient and professional...thank you!
