My appointment was for 9:00a Thursday I didn’t see him until after 11 and wasn’t impressed with how unconcerned and how nonchalant he was about the reasons I was there. I froze in that small room waiting and waiting for him and as I was about to just reschedule the nurse said I was up next. When he came in the room he said that he had went ahead and saw a 94 year old patient whose appointment was after mines so he could get her on about her way. My husband had a 9:45 appointment, it is 1:15 and we have not seen the doctor yet. We finally left after almost four hours of not being seen. While my husband was having X-rays we walked past the dr this was around 9:45. I asked several times how much longer, each time I was told he was next or just a few minutes, maybe thirty minutes. Our time is just as important as a doctor’s time. If there was an emergency they should have told us and asked if we wanted to reschedule.
