Fair judgement in an accident issue :))
Honestly if you have a car that gets hit from the back and its not your fault. They will send you excess fee charge for an incident that occurred last year and base things on word of mouth from the other party without any physical evidence and charge you for it instead of asking the other person to provide evidence to support what they are saying.
