Not impressed with this business. I have been a member for 45 years and I had a motorhome with road service for the past 12 years and recently sold it with 11 months still on it, but they won't refund any money. We then sold the car a week later and it too has 11 months on it, but no refund with a total of just under $500. So much for loyalty, so bitterly dissappointed. I had to give 1 star just to comment.
Quick easy and very helpful
This is not an attack on the staff at NRMA but more at the latest offer that was emailed to me. Paraphrasing it says Me being a loyal customer (25+yrs) they would like to make make an offer that if I sign up a new policy they will give me a $100 discount and using their own words, 'every bit helps'. If I'm such a loyal customer why not give me a $100 discount on my existing policies because in your words, 'every bit helps'.
