Wouldn't recommend for roadside assistance as they are not clear enough a out their direct debit policies when it comes to direct debit. Would avoid and not sign up with them again
5 stars to Georgia who was so amazing with customer service support and empathy today. She assisted my elderly mother in law and myself with kindness and a smile. A staff member who is a credit to NRMA. Sparkle pen a bonus made Mums day !

What a joke. You really find out how bad an insurance company is when you lodge a claim. Left hanging on the phone forever. Put through to people I cannot understand. I would give no stars if I could.
