By keeping my policy alive for a a written off car they took more than $500 from me, on top of the excess of $800 which I paid for my car. This is so disappointing, paying insurance money for something you dont even have. The claim is dragging for more than 7months and didn’t allow me to close my insurance policy. The policy is still going on and they won’t allow me to cancel it. They are stealing money in this way. Its in their hand to keep the claim open for months or years and I keep paying money.
