I have been a member of the NRMA for the past 60 years (Gold Member) the strong suggestion I am making is that when you send a mechanic to service roadside make sure they are capable. I broke down on the freeway north of Nabiac towing a caravan and after waiting 2hours for help the NRMA mechanic was absolutely no help at all, he said if he suggested a remedy to my problem, which was minor, he could lose his house if he was wrong and left me stranded. Not what you want or expect when you are stranded.
