Nice to have a physical office, friendly efficient staff
Pleasant & informative
Bowral nrma has top quality staff. Fast and friendly, helped with my greenslip in person and didn't judge for my inability to do it online!
Staff is way too rude. I hope they should teach their staff how to behave with customers. Surely going to change my policies to another insurance company soon. Customers doesn't deserve to be treated rudely.
