I had a incident 1 year ago. They always say "we will contact you soon" No one contact me till now.
May seem petty but their current home insurance ad with the doorbell sets of our dog and many others in the neighbourhood. If the thought process is any publicity is good publicity than think again, this is an own goal.
Since when did NRMA no longer have local service officers? We have been with NRMA for over 30 years and have always been happy with NRMA and highly recommend them. This is the first time where the claim has already been lodged for almost a month, and we still have not heard any update from NRMA after numerous attempts to call them. general very bad insurance company, make your car repaired in their doggy repair place. when you made a complain they sent you abusive assessor who wasn't trying to help you but shutting you off.
Just wanted to thank “David-DDT” for his great service and support recently. He was very thorough and picked up a discrepancy in my original quote that was made by another staff member, saving me some money. Thanks again.
