Would give it a zero if I could. The whole we're phasing out the chademo is pretty poor noting this is only one of three chargers in town and the only public one. The real problem though is all the info online from the NSW Gov electric vehicle charging map website to google maps say they have a chademo charger. So even though I planned my trip based on thinking I could charge my car here, I now have to go to Coffs Harbour, Maclean or Yamba to charge my car instead of inland north towards my destination. Plugged in car. Tapped card to pay for charging. Card approved. Charging never started. Attempted five or six times. No luck

Check NRMA app to confirm but locals tell me there is NO Chademo charger available at this site. Don't get caught out! Edit: even after the below response to my review, Google maps STILL says there is a Chademo charger here and NRMA have just stated below there is not. I don't care why and how you're phasing out Chademo, even though removing this one creates a huge charger black hole between Ballina and Nambucca heads, what I do care about is the accuracy of these listings so that people don't become stranded.
