Omg why do they play a 30 second video on repeat with sound? Which management sat down and said, "yes people want a 30 second sound clip repeated which charging!"
Plugged in and refused to charge the first time. After unplugging and re-plugging, it charged for about 20 minutes then stopped working with no warning or reason.
Awful,. Rude staff. Never going there again.
Once again, it says they are in service, but they are not working. Waste of time and highly frustrating. Evie charging dock next to Officeworks in Mittagong is faster and more reliable. 7/12/25
NRMA App is required, and is very poorly designed. Once connected and charging, the charging stops after a short while and indicates there is an issue with the equipment.
