Stayed in Mittagong o/n so our first attempt on Sunday Arvo. was not successful due to over crowding/charging. Came back next morning quick & easy! Speed increased over time to over 400+ kw/h.
Very very slow 4 kw. App is not user friendly.
On a dark and rainy night, they have tiny numbers on the units like plug 1A and 2A, except are you at charger 1 1A or 3 1A? Absolutely terrible setup, no consideration for night use or during rain.
What a dissapointing experience, firstly we relied on the serviceability information which was incorrect, and secondly, one of the units with 2 plugs were totally off, and the other only had one plug working, and then only charged at 20kW, I will still be there if the was no other not NRMA option down the road at Wilton. To make EV touring a good experience charging station serviceability information needs to be accurate and the reliability should improve.
