Right now I'm still waiting on underwriting approval. The customer service ****** Communication is very off. They have sent me two CD that wasn't accurate, they ordered my appraisal to late the first time I was suppose to close. Now I'm sitting here waiting on an answer from underwriting when I've been set to close twice.
After months and months of dealing with terrible mismanagement of our account by NRL, my husband and I have come to the conclusion that NRL's acronym should actually include one more letter. NLRL (Nation's LEAST Reliable Lending) would paint a far more accurate picture of the services this company provides. Big Thanks to Andy ***** and Team *****, (Tyler and Stephanie). Hubby and I are not first time home buyers so we know to expect the mortgage loan process to be long and slow, we expect to be uninformed, not to receive callbacks and to close in about 45 to 60 days on a VA loan. We also expect our file to be lost and our closing to be delayed once or twice.
