Dr. Gupta places patient care above all else. Yes, I had to wait a little while to be seen but when I was with him, he focused solely on me. He did not rush. He caught issues that I did not thing to address. I felt heard and seen in a completely holistic way by the medical community for the first time in a very long time.
Disgusting and inexcusable for a provider. They called to reschedule an appointment set over a month in advance. Show up for rescheduled time and seated inside examination room only to wait for over an hour. Whilst Dr Gupta was speaking with another patient about golf for over half an hour….eventually walked out of appointment to be called the next day ABOUT THE MISSED APPOINTMENT. WHAT. A. JOKE. It’s on his time or no time. If I could give 0/5 I would.
Poor response if any response at all in a timely manner for prescription needs.
regret to share that my experience with Dr. Rajeev Gupta has been quite disappointing. Punctuality and respect for patients' time seems to be a significant issue. Despite confirming my 2:30 PM appointment and arriving promptly, I was kept waiting for over an hour without any updates or explanations.
