The doctor and his diagnosis are very good, but the waiting time is extremely disappointing. Patients often have to wait at least an hour, and there is usually no communication about when the doctor will arrive or how long the delay might be. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, and I waited until 9:03 AM without receiving any update. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment because I had other commitments. While I appreciate Dr. Gupta’s care, the wait times have become a major issue. I’ve consistently waited 45 minutes to over an hour past my scheduled time. It often feels like there is no value placed on the patient's time, especially when the front desk can’t provide any updates or estimates on the delay. I hope the office can work on better scheduling and communication, as the current process is very frustrating for those with busy schedules.

Wait time is extremely long. If you have an appointment at 8am he doesn't even show up to the office until 845 or 9

Dr. Gupta places patient care above all else. Yes, I had to wait a little while to be seen but when I was with him, he focused solely on me. He did not rush. He caught issues that I did not thing to address. I felt heard and seen in a completely holistic way by the medical community for the first time in a very long time.
