The technician was great. NRH plumbing charged over $200 more than the average cost for what we had done. The technician replaced a cartridge in our shower handle. He was here for less than half an hour and the bill came to $498. And this did not include the $85 trip fee which he waived because the job turned out to be much easier than he thought it would be. This is the last time I will use NRH. They are friendly and competent but very over priced.

First time using this company, they were on time over the top, polite and fixed our problem immediately. Straight forward cost estimate. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Had an appointment with NRH. First off, the appointment was made with ease and with plenty of time options for my convenience. The person setting my appointment answered my questions and made sure I understood all that was going to be done before I got off the phone. The Tech, Mason, was prompt, professional, and also answered all my questions before he left and advised me of the next steps. I received estimates very quickly and was given Multiple options for what I needed. Thanks NRH and Thanks Mason!

The folks at NRH were awesome to work with. We moved into a house that needed a new hot water heater and water softener. They were able to get us on the schedule fast and came out to provide great work. Trey, the technician, was super personable and great to work with. They were so great I had them come out to do a repair a few weeks later and the other tech, Mason, was awesome to work with as well. I’d highly recommend NRH Plumbing!

Timely, excellent communication. Explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Gave quotes for future upgrade to hot water tank when it was determined I didn’t need it right now.
