They have installed a solar battery for me a month ago but its still not operational as the installer was pathetic, his name is Elwis who is so unproffesional, he did some wrong wiring and said he will come and fix the next day, this was a month ago and he never turned up, he neither attends calls to fix things. Took a very long time to for NRG to finally install heat pump hot water system. It is very noisy and runs for a long time after having a shower. I should have stayed with instantaneous gas. You claim you had a shortage of technicicans but you repeatedly stated you would get back to me within a week with an installation date but never did, I always had to call you back only for you to give me more lies. It was a great decision to change it to electrical heat pump as it reduces our gas bill significantly. We can also change the temperature easily from our phone. However i wish the customer care could improve as none came to pick up the old hot water system as per agreement even after 2 years. I’ve been calling and email them several times but no one came they either say they will pick it on the weekend which didn’t happen if i rang them or wouldn’t reply to my email..
Sales ppl will ring you incessantly
Do not deal with these guys. They put our new pump hot water system where ever they want only for you to find out very soon that the pump systems have a very loud fan. They will not deal with you to fix the issue. They assume you can read the technical data in a PDF that these things are loud. Stay away from these guys.
