Lost pressure and lack of temperature. Phone them, email them wait for 3 and a half weeks, nothing. Call them twice and spam their email. Then they reply to my email. But the problem is still not resolved.
Shocking! Promised so much and failed to deliver and the time and chasing up required to get our refund back was unacceptable
It's only early days after installation, I have hot water, so it's doing what's it's supposed to. The process for me was minimal effort - everything was arranged for me. The tradesman, Kyle, was prompt, efficient and tidy. Everything removed as stated, very happy with tidiness of the work on a miserable, wet day. I just need to learn how to use it from my phone 🤭

Avoid this company! They installed a heat pump at my property, which was later found to be leaking due to faulty installation. As a result, I received a water bill of over a thousand dollars despite little to no usage. I’ve contacted them multiple times but received no proper response or resolution. I will be lodging formal complaints with Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) and Consumer Affairs Victoria.
