Extremely happy with their customer service. My heat pump and water supply line water pressure became an issue and Niall from NRG7 took the matter seriously and organised external plumber to fix this. Thanks to the team for their support
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, whilst the contractors through NRG7 that did our heat pump were excellent, the contractor who installed the battery system was incompetent. The quality of work is incomplete, poor and is does not conform with Australian standards. When I approached NRG7 to have the issues rectified I advised that I did not want the installer back on my property but want it fixed. Our heat pump stopped working on the Weds night, before Good Friday. We rang at 9 am on Thursday morning and our heat pump was repaired and working at 12.30 on Thursday. The expertise, communication and extremely helpful staff were amazing, to be helped so quickly without any difficultly was absolutely incredible. We are so pleased that the help we got was so prompt and professional. Couldn’t fault NRG7 as a supplier who supports their customer when there is a problem. Thank you.
Enquired about an urgent electric heat pump job as there was no hot water on the property and a gas to electric ducted heating upgrade. Signing on process was good. However, messages and emails were ignored when it came time to book the job in despite expressing that the job was urgent. All read but unanswered messages. They have installed a solar battery for me a month ago but its still not operational as the installer was pathetic, his name is Elwis who is so unproffesional, he did some wrong wiring and said he will come and fix the next day, this was a month ago and he never turned up, he neither attends calls to fix things. NRG7 were chasing me for money like hell during the installation but when it comes to issues, they dont respond properly, their standard answer is these are third party installers and they are chasing them to fix.
