I’m on the Do-Not-Call Registry yet they still send me unsolicited text messages. Based on the reviews, this appears to be a common issue with this company and they clearly don’t intend on ending this illegal practice since it continues despite the reviews. NRG Restore helped me through the insurance claim process into construction on my home after we had varying hail issues on our roof, siding, and gutters. Josh was a great claim and project manager throughout the entirety of the job. Definitely reach out to them for an inspection on the exterior of your home! The damages they were able to fix were incredible. Work was thorough, clean, and efficient. Would recommend to anyone who asks!
NRG was the perfect full-service contractor for my insurance claim after a major hail storm. Did a good job with original remediation. However, they did not provide the final air quality test.
