We hired NRG Pros through our Realtor and paid for an inspection and repairs back in October 2025. They did a horrible job on our roof in Rocklin. They missed a leak and dry rot in the wood underneath an improperly set of roof tiles. They gave a certificate stating we had no leaks which they refused to stand behind after they issued it. The certificate we paid for was not worth anything. They have come back out to look twice but never to repair the issue or fixed the dry rot. I would NOT recommend an inspection or repairs by this company as they do not back the inspection process or their repiars.
NRG has helped me in the past to fix broken roof tiles and clean valleys. Most recently, I thought a skylight was leaking, and called NRG. They were very nice and responsive and they were able to send someone on the same day before rain was suppose to start, during a limited time slot that someone would be home. They quickly realized that the water was getting in because of a missing screw. They fixed it and did not charge me as I was a returning customer. NGR did my original roof inspection and repairs, which included removing tiles and cleaning out the valleys of collected debris, replaced a few broken tile. They had to come back out a month later and fix a leak. The following winter (2026) I had a leak, left a VM with NGR, no response, made another call, this time someone answered and got an inspection scheduled. Guy came out and told me I had about 40 broken tile and he would email me a quote to fix the leak and other broken tiles, never heard from him. I emailed him, stil... read more
Excellent service - Jessie sent Eddie out within the hour to replace concrete tiles -which were broken - and causing a leak in our attic!! He fixed the issue very quickly and cleaned up all the debris.
