The sales person was very helpful and honest. The team handled all the details (building permit, inspections). They showed up on time. The job was completed in 2.5 days and passed inspection the first time. Their communication was excellent.
We hired NRG for a roof inspection and minor repairs in October. They claimed all was good. Two months later our gutter company looked at it and found a leak between house & patio roof, slipped tiles and dryrot. Waiting for them to come take a look when they have time. We are not pleased with NRG and the work they have performed. Update. They came and looked twice and dropped the ball. Never got back to us. NRG Pros was so good to work with. They did a great job and took lots of pictures for me to send to my insurance company. They were always here when they said they would be, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. If you need a new roof, NRG Pros is the way to go!
NRG has re-roofed two rental properties I own in Stockton. Their customer service is top notch: fair pricing, good communication on timing and what to expect, easy to talk to, doesn't nickel and dime you. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NRG!
