Thanks to Jesse and Juan for a great experience! We had a leak in our roof that needed a fair amount of work to repair. Jesse’s team worked directly with insurance, jumping through tons of hoops and red tape, to get exactly what they needed for us to get our reimbursement. We hired NRG for a roof inspection and minor repairs in October. They claimed all was good. Two months later our gutter company looked at it and found a leak between house & patio roof, slipped tiles and dryrot. Waiting for them to come take a look when they have time. We are not pleased with NRG and the work they have performed. Update. They came and looked twice and dropped the ball. Never got back to us. The sales person was very helpful and honest. The team handled all the details (building permit, inspections). They showed up on time. The job was completed in 2.5 days and passed inspection the first time. Their communication was excellent.
