RecommendedI'm biased as part owner, but NRG has the best Pilates instructors in Nicky, Jen and Amy. We also are the only traditional Pilates studio in the Cedar Valley and offer Reformers, Chairs, Barrel and Cadillac. The kettlebell classes are fun and train the entire body. Come on in and FEEL the difference between us and the usual gym workouts:)
I have been going for over two years and Pilates is the most challenging form of exercise I have experienced.
