I bought a Carbon hood for my 2021 Tesla S from this company via Ebay for $1,395. Their advertising stated exact fix, money back guaranteed. It also stated free returns. After returning it 3 days later I was only refund $769. They must make a killing selling parts that don't fit and only returning 1/2 refunds. I wish that I seen their web page reviews prior to purchasing from them. Stay away from this company!
I ordered a bumper from eBay. I was told it would fit for my vehicle and it does not. I wasn’t was not able to return it because I complained about it too late. The body shop was busy for two months before I was able to check it out eBay sucks
Bought a bumper from them on Ebay for my 2010 ES350 and it wasn't even close to being able to fit. I was told i'd need my front reinforcement removed/altered aswell as new brackets installed(quoted 740 bucks). Keep in mind i bought this for 900... they got it on KSI Autoparts for ~380. In addition to upcharging, they falsly advertised this would fit any ES350 from 2010-2012. Do NOT do any business with them on any site.
The Lexus ES 350 Body Kit nose update i purchased from this company is amazing ABS injection mold front end same as Factory, a confident painter & fitter would be able to install within 2 hrs no problem with zero drilling. The customer service is fantastic 100%. These bad reviews i'm seeing is obviously people that get frustrated & are not creative for sure. I can only speak as i find, great job on this excellent product.
I ordered a body kit from them on ebay. Body kit body kit did not fit as advertised. Had to fight to get my money back. Do not buy from them. Worst experience ever
