NRG installed two Mitsubishi mini splits for me and I couldn't be happier. These guys take the time to do the job right and we're happy to answer any questions that I had. I've already hired NRG for a second project and I'll be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future.
Holy crap, what a relief! What do you do when your air condtioner dies on the hottest weekend of the year? (I mean after you stop crying). You call Dwayne and Paul! In the pouring rain, in the blazing sun, they came and truly saved me thousands $$ (I was going to check into a hotel today if the AC wasn't fixed). I highly recommend them for their knowledge and professionalism, but they also really care.
Dwayne and Paul were absolutely incredible at every step of my air conditioner replacement. I have an attic located system that was kept alive by them for years beyond its typical lifespan. Once it was time for replacement, Dwayne laid out all of my options with a solid recommendation on the path to choose. Everything went off incredibly smoothly and my house is cool once again. Dwayne and team were just great. They showed up on time, explained the issue with our AC clearly, and the work was top notch. They were also very reasonably priced. Super nice guys who got it done. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
