I’ve been coming to NRG for over 10 years, it’s more than a gym…it’s a community, most members are so friendly & helpful. The staff are amazing, they are always welcoming & supportive…this week Callum encouraged me to do a challenge but I didn’t push myself…the next day I did the same challenge and achieved my personal best thanks to Callum giving me some tips…happy days 🤩
Good gym, friendly atmosphere, helpful staff. Sauna in changing rooms are great way to finish a workout.
