I can honestly say that I've never been more fit - and I owe it to Lauren and the amazing community she's created at NRG Fitness. I was warmly welcomed in my first class and have never looked back. After four years, I'm still surprised, challenged, and 100% entertained each time I attend.
Excellent classes, great motivation, modifications as needed, goal achieving, overall awesome experience. Lauren is a great instructor and knows how to make you laugh while you’re getting your butt kicked. Highly recommend
