Great gym all round always clean too , staff are amazing too helpful and welcoming. Lots of residence machines, free weights , cables , cardio machines plus there gym classes as well . Free parking too outside .

Absolutely fantastic gym. It is so well equipped, brilliant machines, cardio and weights, huge free weights section and really friendly staff who take the time to talk to you and ask how your doing which makes a big difference. Brilliant choice of classes and the trainers are great. I chose Paul as my PT and he has been brilliant, giving me a programme and advice based on my individual goals and tailoring it to what I want to achieve. I'd highly recommend him as a PT and NRG as a gym. Very reasonable membership rates too

Well equipped and clean gym with lots of classes to choose from. I love coming here, particularly for Spin with Paul (if you like 80s rock you'll love his class!), and using the gym. The car park does get busy but there is road parking if needed (after 6pm as is a single yellow). The app makes it super easy to book classes and the monthly fee is very reasonable.

Rupert Randall - I’ve been working up here on the railway and have been using NRG Gym Stowmarket for the past 3–4 months. Honestly, I can’t speak highly enough of it. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was a different kind of gym, there’s a real sense of community and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere that makes you actually want to train.
