I really love the community in this gym. Don’t forget to give the sauna or the flow a try. Recovery is an important component of fitness and wellness.
I love NRG. The classes and instructors are incredible and the variety of equipment we use in class means there’s always something new. The vibe is amazing. I highly recommend checking it out!
NRG is a great place to work out! Everyone has such a positive attitude and teachers always accommodate all students with options. Very supportive environment! This is my favourite gym!
Just got back after being away for a year. Soooo great to be back with my gym friends and the amazing NRG. Tons of renovations since new owners, Jennifer and Nelson (super sweet), sauna and way more weights. Clean, smiling faces great you when you walk through the door. I love the classes. Looking forward to getting back in shape again!
