Had a bingle in my 2023 Camry on a Monday & then had it assessed on Tuesday by NRC Group Billinudgel. Booked in for the following Monday & repairs where completed by Friday. Happy with the fast turnaround, after going over the repairs I was very happy with the the quality of the work performed. Only one very small issue, which was attended to straight away by staff. Would be happy to use again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Russell T
I highly recommend NRC. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Chris after our accident. He rearranged his loan cars so that we had a car to drive. I can’t recommend Northern Rivers Collision Centre enough! They fixed my new car after my mum accidentally scraped the paint, and the whole experience was amazing. They were so lovely to deal with — professional, respectful, and genuinely kind. The turnaround was super quick and my new car looks perfect again. Recently whilst on holiday we needed a panel repaired on our vehicle. We drove to NRC Billinudgel and were blown away by the service we received from Chris. It was a very busy Monday morning and Chris bent over backwards to help us. He really went the extra mile and repaired our car within a couple of hours. Brilliant job we were back on the road and very appreciative of his super cool, friendly and professional manner. Great sense of humour which always helps.
