Would never recommend this place to anybody dropped my car told 8 weeks got back 16 weeks later missing a part been waiting 9 days they don't answer phone you cannot contact them unless you go there they are a pack liars never again
After waiting 9 months for parts to arrive, my insurance cancelled the claim with them and put me onto another local collision center who has scheduled for the car to be fixed within a month. Nice to talk to over the phone but they cannot give an answer on parts and waiting times. Poor coms from the parts manager and never returns calls.
Still to this day waiting for an insurance repair that was done on my Ute to be completed satisfactory, communication is poor (clearly) after sending the Ute back multiple times for unfinished work and poorly reassembled parts.

From first getting my car assessed, through to picking my car up repaired, Goldfields Collision served up 5 star service all the way. Communication, Quality of repairs and the over helpfulness of the staff was on point.. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
