Do NOT give this company or their other LLC, Modular Fence and Deck ANY MONEY upfront. They are taking deposits and not performing any work. I have won a small claims award, but good luck collecting the deposit back. William Sinclair, the owner is a literal crook.

We gave them $6500 in February and signed contract for 6 weeks. We still don’t have fence, and are not on the schedule. We have called multiple times and they give us different excuses from trouble with city for permit, their office staff, had the permit, had to get new permit, they now have permit and will have materials whenever they can get us on the schedule. They lie about how long they take to install. I paid cash 7 weeks ago for a fence and deck they told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks when I signed...They'll tell you anything to get you money and then take twice as long to install.

Paid cash for a fence and deck. Was told 3 to 4 weeks when I signed papers and its been 7 weeks. There are other companies out there that won't lie about installation dates and are cheaper.. go with anyone but NRC. They have my money thats all they care about clearly.

I had the owner Bill put in a fence and very complicated deck around my highly manicured landscape out here in the country. I was very nervous as I am admittedly, a bit picky. I can only say that throughout the process, the crew manager Adam was always available to guide me through the next process, and Jennifer, in the office was on top of everything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUILD A FENCE or deck or anything!!!! Do not allow them to come on your property! UNPROFESSIONAL, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
