I am going to type a long review when I am on my computer. But I would never bring my car back to this facility. Talk about dropping the ball - seems that is all people know how to do around here. God forbid people actually help bc instead of constantly just apologizing. They have had my car for 4 months and had to send it off for other to fix things as well, no eta still. Smdh! Maurice is a saint and literally the only good thing!!! Updated - had to sue. Would not recommend.
Center originally did great work but after closer inspection at home failed to fix parts under the hood which were classified by the tech as prior damage, original estimate showed parts needed replaced and had pictures to reference. Auto was sent home as if it was completely so if I would not have caught I could have driven a car with a air intake that was zip tied and ducted taped and unit was only providing 50% air into the air cleaner so this could have damaged my vehicle.
