Yesterday I went to NRAD on Stewart Ave. for a sonogram. My appointment was for 3 pm but I arrived earlier in order to fill out forms, etc. Everything went fine. I sat and began the wait. By 3:40 I asked when I might be seen. The receptionist went to the back and came out and said "about 15 or 20 minutes" due to backup. Others came in after me but were seen before I was.
